Processing Time

All sets are handmade to order with love and care.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping

  • Canada: Flat-rate shipping. Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days after processing

  • International: Estimated delivery: 5–12+ business days after processing

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs processing.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes that may apply to international orders.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

All products are handmade to order, and due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
That means we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please double-check your:

  • Nail sizes

  • Color and design preferences

  • Shipping details

Order Issues & Quality Concerns

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to thatprettynail@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos

  • A brief description of the issue

Custom Orders

Custom requests are accepted on a limited basis. A non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward the final price.

Once a custom order is approved and confirmed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
